Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is also committed to educating the younger generation. He sits on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
