Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father as well as mother who is a Hindu Indian mother. She speaks fluently with German Russian and English and additionally speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father and mother of a Russian mother. She choreographed an 11-year-old show that earned her an appearance on German TV show appearance as the Russian Snow Maiden who transforms into a playful Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was successful and was awarded a bachelor's degree from the Department of English at the University of New York. Following school, she began acting classes at the HB studio but the moved on to study improvisation at the Groundlings School taking on several comedy projects thereafter. Her family was brought up within Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, as well as Russian-speaking mom Olga. Her father moved her to New York at the age of thirteen year old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. In FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is perhaps her most memorable television performance. Her role was a regular one in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
